The wine is not a job, but a passion, a passion that my mother, Ida Blengio, has inherited from my grandfathers and that hour is transferring me.  Since I was small appealed to to me to help in wine cellar, even if then they were more the disasters that I arranged that the aid that I could give.  Even if married (my father it makes a job completely various) and with three sons, my mother has always continued to vinificare, even if in the last years its wine, seppur appreciated, was by now appanage of friends and relatives.  Today we work together and I want to make of this ancient art my future.  The cultivation and the vinificazione are not changed:  she standard to me as my grandfather taught she the secrets of the wine cellar.  Sure the production is limited, and the little bottles we fill up, we plug and we label one to them to by hand, but it is what there is within that ago of the bottle a valuable.  When I open some one I can star sure that what it contains is produced in natural way and it has not endured industrial workings.
